Andrew Form
ANDREW FORM is a renowned producer known for bringing numerous blockbuster hits to the big screen. After co-founding Platinum Dunes in 2001 with partners Brad Fuller and Michael Bay, Form produced dozens of box office sensations, including the iconic The Purge and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtlesfranchises, as well as horror classics such as Ouija, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Friday the 13th, and A Nightmare on Elm Street, to name a few.
To date, Platinum Dunes' films have amassed over $2.7 billion in global box office revenue. In 2018, Form produced the hugely successful Academy Award-nominated A Quiet Place, which also garnered a PGA nomination and was named one of the Top 10 Films of the Year by both the American Film Institute and National Board of Review. In addition to its critical acclaim, the film set a new benchmark for original horror stories, earning the biggest opening weekend in the domestic box office history at the time. Building on the success of its predecessor, Form went on to produce the second installment in the franchise, A Quiet Place: Part II, in 2020.
The film became the first to enjoy a successful theatrical release amidst the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, grossing over $300 million worldwide. Form most recently produced the prequel in the franchise, A Quiet Place: Day One, which was a smash hit. The film stars Lupita Nyong’o and Joseph Quinn, and grossed over $200 million at the box office. On the small screen, Form also serves as a producer on the immensely popular television series, Jack Ryan, of which all four seasons are available for streaming on Amazon. Form's latest projects to hit the big screen include IF, written and directed by John Krasinski and starring Ryan Reynolds, and the horror film Apartment 7A, starring Julia Garner. Next up for Form is Columbia Picture's Anaconda, starring Jack Black and Paul Rudd.
