Phoebe is a Brisbane based makeup artist, body painter and educator at the Australian Academy of Cinemagraphic Makeup. She specialises in bridal, editorial and creative makeup. Her passion is driven by her ultimate NEED to be an artist, whether that is creating luxe bridal makeup, creating otherworldly creatures or just putting pencil to paper.
