Ever wondered how to meet people in the industry? How to make connections, learn how to do something, find a cinematographer, or just share ideas and experiences?

AACTA, with Dame Changers, are excited to present this SPEED NETWORKING event as an opportunity to partner and collaborate with a wide variety of professional women. Open to anyone who identifies at female or non-binary, this event will provide an opportunity to meet other women and get to know them as people. This is not the place to pitch your next project, but rather to make connections and share experiences.

DAME CHANGER

Dame Changer is an Australian professional women’s collective, providing opportunities in training and networking for women in the screen industry. We are actively building awareness of gender bias and aim to break down the barriers to career growth being experienced by mid-career screen industry women.

Dame Changer represents key screen business, creative and technical practitioners from across the board – from development to distribution.
